Policies & Procedures
At Peaceful Parenting Visitation LLC, our policies are designed to promote safety, neutrality, and consistency for children and families. We recognize that family situations can be complex, and our goal is to provide structured, respectful supervision that prioritizes children’s well-being at all times.
These policies apply to all supervised parenting time services, including community based and virtual visits.
Intake & Fees(Overview)
- Intake process: $50 per parent/guardian
- Supervised Parenting time: $100 per hour
- Travel fees may apply depending on distance and location
- Visits requiring extended travel may be subject to a two-hour minimum per visit
- Additional fees may apply for visits that include extended family members or other third parties, as these visits require increased supervision and documentation. All additional participants must be approved in advance and permitted by the court order or agreed upon in writing by both parties
Expectations During Visits
- All communication must remain respectful and child-focused
- Adult conflict is not discussed in front of children
- Supervisor instructions must be followed at all times
- Visits may be paused or ended if safety concerns arise or policies are not followed
Full Visitation Agreement
The full Visitation Agreement and policies are reviewed and signed as part of the intake process. Final fees are confirmed after intake and review of the court order.
